- Spending more time and dollars on retaining supporters instead of chasing new supporters
- Beginning everything with the end in mind. And the end is a deep and authentic relationship with each donor
- Not chasing low dollar activity but instead seeking opportunities to invite supporters to make transformational investments in your work
